FAQ

Theater 313 is not limited to the actors on the stage or the production team. We are an all-encompassing ministry. We welcome anyone whose heart is full of the love of Jesus and who can work well with a team in a high-intensity, detail-oriented environment. Whether you are a seasoned professional, a newbie, renewing a passion you thought was gone, or love theater, we all work together toward a common goal.

Adhere to Theater 313, Inc.’s standard for an atmosphere of ministry:

• I will treat all people respectfully and free of discrimination, harassment (including sexual harassment), bullying, or unbecoming or unlawful conduct.
• I acknowledge that Theater 313, Inc. recognizes that it represents Jesus Christ. Please do so in a respectful manner, both publicly and on social media.
• I understand that Theater 313, Inc. is committed to creating an environment where everyone (including its employees, contractors, vendors, volunteers, patrons, and anyone conducting business) is respected and honored. As a result, sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying, unwanted advances, pranks, retaliation, negative or derogatory comments, or any such behavior will absolutely not be tolerated by Theater 313, Inc.
• To be available for all the performances and rehearsals. Except in emergencies, all rehearsal conflicts must be clearly stated when submitting this signed agreement.
• To memorize and prepare the participant’s role as required by the director.
• To provide appropriate footwear, costumes (when applicable), and makeup as requested by the director, choreographer, or costume designer.
• All volunteers are subject to background checks.
• To renounce all legal and financial claims to the production.
• To keep the production details confidential, unless by permission. Any media inquiries must go through the CEO.
• All concerns and negative criticisms must be addressed to a Team Leader or the Director.

• We believe in the Bible (the Old and New Testaments) as verbally inspired by God.
• We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
• We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ and His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His Ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. God, our Heavenly Father, through His Son Jesus Christ, is the sole entity of our worship.
• We believe that salvation is a gift received from God when we put our trust in Jesus Christ as our personal Savior. This salvation is administered solely by the grace of God through our faith in Jesus Christ.
• We believe in the God-ordained institution of marriage between one man and one woman and that any other arrangement is not in accordance to God’s Word.
